All of our orders are shipped via UPS ground.  Orders are shipped within 2 days, and delivered in 5-6 business days.  Please allow 10 days total to receive your order.

Rush delivery is also available - shipping rates will be higher.  Please e-mail us before order so that we can get the shipping rate for you!

Extra heavy or bulky items may require additional freight charges.  In this case, we will send you the shipping amount via e-mail.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy.   Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all returns.  Return products must be in original carton, with all packaging materials intact.   If you need to return any merchandise, please contact us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  Any merchandise returned due to dissatisfaction is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
